A new "Engines" forum category is available now on planenews.com (see "Forums" link under "Modules" on the left). It will host discussions on various engines used in aviation and their maintenance. The first to be open as of today is the Rotax forum. I will be the moderator for the time being, but would like to relinquish this to someone else later. If anyone is interested in moderating a forum, please make suggestions! You need to sign-up as a member to enter, but since it is free, private, and takes five minutes, please go ahead. The next engines featured will most likely be Lycoming and Continental. I also have ideas about Subaru, VW, and rotary engines for automotive conversions. Any engine as long as if flew is a candidate. Please suggest your favorite powerplant...
