Use the command "SendObject", which requires some parameters, and has
other optional parameters:

SendObject(ObjectType, ObjectName, OutputFormat, To, Cc, Bcc, Subject,
MessageText, EditMessage, TemplateFile)

any of these can be explicit values, or refer to controls or functions.
