Hi, many thanks to everyone who responded to my question. I followed
Toby Bierly's suggestion and used the DLookup function in the
AfterUpdate event of the second combo combo box to select the relevant
fields from the Delivery Address table and poke them into the relevant
text box on the form. This works well and gives me exactly what I
