Interesting. I have not found anything I like about Access 2003. As you know Access 2000 already handles email fine. Good luck. I will be looking at your future developes to see if I can spot anything obvious. I use Access Visual Basic and the company I am contracting uses Lotus notes. It was difficult at first to learn to extract info from the database but I am "almost" feeling like a pro for Access 2000 and lotus notes. Mark
