Dear Brij

According to you, we had tried this things mentioned below;

(1)First Make DataBase According to your Required as
Shown Excel file.
(3)Then make form for entry.
(4)Then make a report .

First I created table in access as per excel sheet formate.and then I
created form for entry.

date            received          issued         Balancestock
11/07/05        100                     0               100
11/07/05        50                      0               150
12/07/05        0                       50              100
(this is execel generated report)

date            received          issued         Balancestock
11/07/05        100                     0               100  (I
Calculated like)

Balance=[recived]-[issued]
11/07/05        50                      0               50

12/07/05        0                       50              -50
(this is acces generated report)

But my query is that for eg. If I have Stock of Cement Opening balance
Qty 100 Nos on 11/07/05 already in received qty coloum and I have
received Qty 50 on Same date my total stock in hand should be 150 but
instead of this it is showing only received qty 50 nos in access query .
And on 12/07/05 I had issued Qty 50 so, my closing stock in hand should
show 100,instead of 100 it showing -50 nos.

Thaniking you

Regards,

Bahadur shah
