It's unclear to me whether you are trying to "group" by loan officer or "limit" the report results to one loan officer, sorted by date. I can't look at the database itself because I only have Access97 here at work.
It looks like you have two responses already, one suggesting the grouping and sorting options for the report, and one suggesting using the loan officer selection from the form as criteria in the query your report is based on. That probably didn't help much, but can you clarify which you are trying to do?
