[AccessDevelopers] Help with query design

I have a problem with a query I am trying to build. I have table A in a qroup by query.  I want a count of unique related records from table B. More than one record in table A may be related to a record in table B but I only want to count each instance once. so for example 2 people in table A live at the same address, I want a count of unique addresses for my list so I only want to count that address once, can this be done?   thanks.   marc Please zip all files prior to uploading to Files section.
