Marc,

I use the weeks extensivly in my reports and achieve this by using the 
Format([StartDate],"ww\-yyyy",2,2) function in the underlying queries.

The regional settings (Windows) will also allow you to set the first week of 
the years start date and also to define the first day of the week (i.e. Sun 
or Mon).
