I want to put one field in a report reflecting information from several field. Fatality is a yes/no field; Injury is a yes/no field; Specifics of Injury is a text field. What I want in the report is where Fatality = yes, the word Fatality appears in the report field. If it is No, it does nothing and moves on to Injury. If Injury is yes, the word Injured appears in the report field followed by the details of the injury; if no, nothing is returned.
I'm using Access 2003 and I'm sure it's simple, but I've been dinking with it for about an hour and haven't been able to get it to work properly. Thanks for your help!
