It seems to me you would need to link the tables together by adding an
"EmployeeID" field to the TRAVEL table. Then create a subform on your form
for the Travel information, linked by the Travel.EmployeeID to Employee.ID
(this is set in the properties of the form and subform).
To automatically go to the Employee's record, put the following in the
AfterUpdate Event of the TextBox or ComboBox that you are typing the ID
number into.
Me.RecordsetClone.FindFirst "[ID] = " & Me!TextOrComboBoxName
Me.Bookmark = Me.RecordsetClone.Bookmark
Then you will need to either click for a new record on the travel subform or
do it automatically in VBA code.
