First, make a copy of the database, just for safety's sake.  Then you
need to create a new table with the same data structure as the old one,
then run an append query that specifically filters out the one record
that is corrupted.  Finally, you can delete or rename the original
table, rename the new table with the original table's name, and recreate
any relationships involved with that table.  You will lose the data for
the bad record, but should be able to save all the rest.
