Hi everyone,

There has been a lot of great response on this listserve to questions that people have.  I’m going to try and see if I can request the help of the people here to see if I can be helped.

I have a rather simple question – yet I don’t know how to resolve it.  Here is my dilemma:

I am creating a report for a client where they would like to have stand “Dear John….” type of letter.  I have the report nearly complete but the only catch I have is that there is one word within a sentence in the report that the client would like to bold.  How do I do that?

I have the sentence in its own text box with the following control source code:  =”You must attend the scheduled orientation noted above.”  The client would like to bold the word ‘must’ in this sentence.

I’ve tried several ways to do this:

  1. Create a hidden text box with the format weight property set to bold and reference the name of this hidden text box with in the original text box.

  1. I have done the same thing as #1 but with a label box.

I’m nor sure what to do.  I have Access XP.  Can anyone help.

Thanks.
