Hi Suneela I can say that one of my first classes I took in access, our Instructor was the manager of the programming group at the company he was employed at. He stated to use when he interviews for programming positions in access the questions he asks is.
1) What is Normalization 2) Types of relationships and define them 3) requires the applicant to create a diagram of a budget database relating the tables to one another. Hope this helps.........
