Any time you expect people to type something like that exactly right,
they won't! You need to provide a way to select a report that doesn't
make them have to enter it, either by creating a command button to bring
up a report or a listbox, or set of radio buttons with one button for
each report, with a button to launch the selected report. But don't
expect them to type in a name and get it right!

The folks are typing in the report name i.e. "Employee Time" which is on
the same record where 'rptEmployeeTime' exists. rptEmployeeTime is the
exact name of the report object which is called via code.

table structure
Field Field Value
ReportDesc Employee Time
ReportName rptEmployeeTime
ReportStatus (true/false) (active or not active report)
