Base your report on a query. In the query design window, there is the
ability to select 5. By default it says All. You can set it to any
number you want.

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Access 2000 Report

Is there a way to set a report up in Access 2000 where it will sort and
bring the highest number to the top. Right now I have to go thru many
pages just to pull out the top 5. Didn't know if this was doable or
not.

I hope this makes sense.
