Carrie,

You might be able to get some working ideas from my sample db named ScheduleTracker. It is available at Rogers Access Library (other developers library). Link - http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com

You could adapt the underlying approach suitably, for your specific needs.

Best wishes,
A.D.Tejpal

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Timed reminder emails?

Is there any way to do this from within Access?

I have an mdb that has info about the current projects I'm working on.  In this db, there is a field that has the date of when I gave a database to the user.  I want to be able to somehow remind myself 2 weeks from that date to check in with the user.  I was hoping to be able to set something up that would email me 2 weeks after the date in the database.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Carrie
