Looks like you need a subform for your serial numbers since they are the
many side of a one-to-many relationship.

Hi all,
I have ran across this porblem that really need your help on.
I have a simple database with Name,partnum,serial database. it works
fine for my purpose however now i am having more serial numbers with
same partnumber not sure what code do i need to attach the serial
table with the serial boxes on the form.
This is what would like to have.
Order# PartNum Serial
12345 A6298A po1111 (serial1)
12345 A6298A sg1222 (serial2)
12345 A6298A BG1333 (serial3)
so on and so forth.
