Peter,

I ordered the Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 for $5.99 (shipping and handling) and 
am learning on that.  Amazing program.  There are a lot of books on the topic.  
I took Microsoft's 2310 course and it was very helpful.  I can send you some 
book titles if you like.  Very amazing stuff.

I actually called microsoft and got transferred around to people who 
couldn't answer my question. The site does offer alot of info but i 
wasn't 100% sure.

maybe its time to learn a new language!!!
