[AccessDevelopers] Grouping in Forms - Like Reports?

  Group –     Is it possible to group on forms like you do on reports?  For example I have job titles associated with departments and on the form would like to list the department ONLY once and have all the associated job titles listed underneath the department heading.  There are about 12 departments with anywhere from 1-8 job titles per department…     Thanks in Advance!!!     Dylan
