Do you have the correct link between a report and a subreport (child field and master field, in the Data page of the subreport's Properties), or between the key fields in the tables in the query?

Do you want all 7 matching records?  If not, how many do you want?  I am suggesting you create a subquery and eliminate the dups by elimination or a summary query(totals query).

The other thought is to hide duplicate records in the report detail section.

I'm sure this is simple stuff for most of you but I'm lost.  I'm trying
to create a report from a query of related tables and it's entirely
possible that my query is structured wrong.  In any event, when I try
to report the results, I cannot keep the information from duplicating.
In other words, if I have seven records relating to one ID, that entire
series repeats seven times in the report.

If anyone can help me straighten this mess out, I would be grateful!
Thanks!
