[AG-TECH] AG website problems

hi,

the 'software' link to 'Access Grid 3.1' seems to be broken.
the 'software' AGTk3.2b1 Windows 'Access Grid (installer only)'
doesn't install Python2.4 properly.  the bin directory is missing,
among other things.
