All: West Virginia University recently bought new, up-to-date machines to operate our AG setup on. I've downloaded and installed all of the software, but I can VERY rarely see anyone in any of the venues, included Argonne Lobby. I didn't set up the software on our previous AG setup. Is there some sort of configuration necessary in the Venue Client?
