Either modify ProcessManager.py with the following changes:
   http://trac.ci.uchicago.edu/accessgrid/changeset/6733

Or replace ProcessManager.py with :
https://www.ci.uchicago.edu/svn/accessgrid/trunk/AccessGrid/Platform/win32/ProcessManager.py


ProcessManager.py can be found in:
C:\Python24\Lib\site-packages\AccessGrid3\AccessGrid\Platform\win32\
