Jason,

At least one of the machines I was looking at had never had 3.2 installed, so
I'm pretty sure that it's the compile option issue that Tom mentioned. To
confirm I guess we'd have to check with whoever does the H264 and 3.2 Windows
packaging.

Tom,

I'm sending you a lengthy email about compilation issues, since I'm not sure
how much ag-tech cares about how annoying ffmpeg is :)

Did you happen to install the “3.2 all-in-one-installer” first? I found I
had to delete the “C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application
Data\AccessGrid3” directory and then use 3.1 and it worked fine!

Try using the 3.1 all in one installer and see if that helps???

   Cheers,

   Jason.

"all-in-one-installer"!

   Hi Jason,

We've been seeing the same problems with not being able to receive h261as
streams, except that we have AG 3.1 on all of our Windows machines. Our Macs
can see 261as streams just fine. Has anyone else tried 261as on Windows?

G'day All (Apologies for any cross posting)

I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with the AG 3.2 Beta "all in
one installer" lately?

Upon recent testing, last couple of days, I have noticed 2 issues:

   · VenueVNC not working and users having to follow the instructions
found at http://www.accessgrid.org/node/1031

   · Video* Services not displaying H261AS video Streams… When Using
VPCScreen, sending a window using H261AS, others are able to see the video
streams, but it is completely missing from an AG 3.2 Beta "all in one install".
Note, if you use 3.1 "all in one install", it works fine. What is interesting
is that it is completely missing, ie, not even a grey thumbnail or the likes
can be seen.

Has anyone else seen similar issues?

Nathan, any chance of investigating these issues and repackaging the “all in
one installer”???

   Thanks,

   Jason.
