If you run DebugView (google it), do you get any information about badness occurring inside of vic?
Can you capture the stack trace with a screen capture? (Shift-PrintScreen) I don't think that stack trace will be of much use anyway, though. How does wdmscan.exe that ships with the AG behave? Presumably you don't still see the dvice in the device manager (if so delete it from there and try again). What colour depth is your display set to - should be ok on 16 or 24, 32 bits. Are there any other capture devices loaded (USB etc?) Do you get any message when it crashes? Windows XP with latest Ncast drivers. Device has been physically removed and doesn't show up in the device list. Colour depth is 32 bit. No other capture devices loaded. No message when crash except attached error msg. There is a stack trace available if you click on the 'more info' link on the error dialog; however, unfortunately, there is no way to cut/paste/save the stack trace text from the dialog box (can't even select the text).... Any other suggestions?? Thanks for all your help. Todd
