G'day Jeremy I have noticed that some of our local bridges need to be restarted now and then as well.
I am in the process of setting up a number of bridges here in Australia, in which one of the installation requirements will be to set up a schedule to restart on a regular basis. (IE, at midnight, detect if anyone is connect, if no one is connected, restart bridge) I know I restart my local bridge at midnight each night, which has assisted in preventing problems at critical times of the day. Cheers, Jason. -----Original Message----- From: Jeremy Mann [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, 22 October 2008 08:57 AM To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [AG-TECH] Bridge registry timeout? Thanks Todd! I'm glad its just not me having the problem. The interesting thing is that with the Venue Client still open, and I restart the Bridge service, users can immediately connect to our bridge. -- Jeremy Mann [email protected] University of Texas Health Science Center Bioinformatics Core Facility http://www.bioinformatics.uthscsa.edu Phone: (210) 567-2672
