With the direct video-card driver "D-Link DUB-T210 TV Tuner", I was getting the same error, "vic: CIF grabber: bad geometry - trying 411" when I tried to select the Large size. When I switched to "Microsoft WDM Image Captiure (Win32)" instead, I could select any size - but each time, just the CIF size stream (352x288) would be actually broadcast. Note that the D-Link capture (via VideoProducerH264) was by default using the Composite port, which produced just a black-and-white image. When I switched it to S-Video, I got a color image - but I still could not get a Large stream, same error as above....
