Hi Jason,

Thanks for replying.

My question was just about other participant's profiles. I was in a meeting
recently where a participant said they couldn't see all the AGSC's venues, and
claimed they were connected to the AGSC's VenueServer. When I doubleclicked on
their name, their profile revealed that their default server was the ANL
server. It's useful to know we can check other people's profiles from a support
point of view.

Cheers, Ben.

Ben

I am not sure if you got a reply.

But if you double click on a participant's name from the AG Venue Client, it
displays their profile.

You can verify this by changing your profiles details though the "Venue Client
Menu -> Tools -> Preferences -> My Profile", then once you save the changes,
double click on your name and see the changes you have made.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
Jason.

Subject: [AG-TECH] User Profile

Hi all,

When in an AG meeting, if I double click on a participant's name from the
VenueClient, it displays their profile.

Does this profile really show the same settings that user has in their
VenueClient?

Cheers, Ben.
