I'm upgrading several 3.0.2 machines to 3.1 on Slack 11 and VIC is giving me the same error. This is consistent on all machine. When tries to run, I get this error:
vic: problem opening ip data socket If I replace the VIC that comes with 3.0.2, I don't get this message and VIC opens as expected.
