I can confirm that our AG3 clients are now working OK, i.e. when we first connect to the Lobby via direct multicast, VIC and RAT launch straight away. I'll await your comments on my previous email (sent Thu 15/11/2007 13:51 GMT) that details the above problem before I post a Bugzilla report on this, just in case you find that it wasn't actually due to the loss of Jabber service.
