I've got a user that is running into issues trying to run AGTk3.1beta on Win2k. Specifically he is reporting problems with the Rat GUI showing up (amon other issues). I'm getting him to recheck/reinstall 3.1 but thought I'd poll the group to see if anyone has run AG3.1beta on Win2k before and seen issues.
