Hi,
I have released AGVCR 2.1.0. It has an important bugfix for Windows
users of 2.0.13 as it fixes a silly crash bug introduced in that release
(I guess never release a .13 huh?)
2.1.0 adds more internationally friendly interface with icons for
buttons (plus tooltips, if they're not clear) it also takes slightly
less space to display.
Skip back and forward 30 seconds/5 minutes buttons have been added too
to help in searching files, plus a 'loop' mode for playing the time
described by the start and end marks so that edits may be checked before
commiting to writing a new file.

I encourage all users to try the new version, and certainly if you're
using 2.0.13 you're strongly advised to upgrade for bugfixes.
