Which platform are you running AG3 on? If it's Linux have a look at bug #1484: http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/accessgrid/show_bug.cgi?id=1484 Patch Twisted with the patch from that bugzilla report or try updating the Twisted package. Doug
