Jimmy:

In the VenueServer.cfg file, there are options for
dataPortRangeStart and dataPortRangeEnd.  The
range of ports specified by these options must be
open for TCP through the firewall.  If you do this
and it doesn't resolve the problem for you, let
me know so we can determine your problem and
fix it.
