[AG-TECH] start rat on commandline with "Echo Suppression" on

hi,all！
   i have send a mail of this topic, but i think i haven't described the 
problem clearly, so excuse me for sending it repeatedly.
   i want to startup RAT on commandline with "Echo Suppression" option on, so 
as to assure the "Echo Suppression" item which locates in the Options->Audio 
panel checked on entering the RAT. the default setting in AG is unchecked:(
