This just happened this afternoon for one person. When going to Preferences, Use Unicast is suddenly greyed out. However, 3 other people who I just spoke to on our VenueServer are using Use Unicast with no problems.
Is there a certain port that has to be opened to allow the menu option to work? -- Jeremy
