A couple things I didn't respond to in this message but should have: - For the Jabber integration, venue servers by default point at the jabber server here at Argonne (conference.mcs.anl.gov). The venue server can be configured to point at a different Jabber server, but for now, the useful bit is that you can point your Jabber client at the Venue-specific room on conference.mcs.anl.gov.
- For scheduling, if you select Navigation->AddSchedule in the venue client, the default feed url is filled in for you with a sample schedule, one I've created here at ANL that includes test meetings and townhall meetings. We will cover these in more detail in documentation, but I wanted to point out these bits now.
