I've put a new release of VP up. The VPConsumerService for windows is
available from AGCentral (http://agcentral.org/downloads/vp/). For other
platforms, documentation and source code, go to:

The major changes are:
- VP now uses the ucl common library, so it has better RTP conformance
and can handle encrypted venues
- Added decoders for H.263+, MJPEG and MPEG4
- Greater control over the automatic Site tile placement including the
ability to write your own Python scripts to do this.
