You may need to adjust your inputs/outputs from mic to line level. Or adjust ur individual crosspoints.

I finally got the setup figured out. The funny thing is if I hit the Telco button I get a pretty loud BEEP BOOP. But when I'm trying to talk in a venue from another computer, I can *barely* here it on the speaker.
