[AG-TECH] Help connecting with polycom

I have a request to use our AG node to attempt to connect with a polycom unit 
in Columbia (South America). Has anyone ever done that? If so can you give me a 
general idea what you had to do? I've used  VIC and RAT and used them to do 
connections with various people who didn't have AG software per se but never 
with a polycom unit. Any experiences would be helpful. Thanks, Nate
