Hello Natalia! We have our VenueServer and BridgeServer both running on a Dual Pentium-800Mhz with 512MB RAM and works quite good. Haven't exeperienced any performance problems so far and it is up for almost one year.

It seems to me that the venue server doesnt need heavy resources, but I'm not so sure about the bridge server. I would really appreciate the sites that hold/organise very big meetings (as Argonne with SCGlobal for instance), and have much experience in these matters, give us some guidelines about the specs recommended (or the place/website where I could gather some information). Kind regards, Natalia. ----------------------------------- Natalia Costas Lago email: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Centro de Supercomputacion de Galicia (CESGA) Avenida de Vigo, s/n Campus Sur 15706 Santiago de Compostela - SPAIN Tel: +34 981 56 98 10 Fax: +34 981 59 46 16 http://www.cesga.es/
