The next thing to try then is to uninstall the AGTk completely including deleting files in your home directory. Before doing this, please remember to export your certificate or keep a copy somewhere safe, otherwise you will have to request a new one. If you are using windows, these files are in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\AccessGrid On linux, I think they are in /<your home directory>/.AccessGrid/ Delete or rename this directory and then reinstall the toolkit. This should install the certificates, or you can try to import them again.
