Hello, A couple of questions:
- Is it only this particular ppt file that fails, or can you upload other files? - Have you tried uploading a local file from the controller menu (File - Upload Local File)? - Which version of the toolkit are you running? Please send us the Shared Presentation log file (C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\AccessGrid\Logs) and also the ppt file that you are trying to load. Please note that the Application Data directory may be hidden.
