I'm working on a collaborative project using Access Grid and several of us are having problems receiving video streams when we're on the project's venue server. It's not the server as we have successfully testes other video endpoints there. On the AG Documentation site, I followed the tutorial for video troubleshooting. The steps I took were these: à Encoder à Options à Configure on transmit à Video format à Camera controls à Capture source When I hit apply, I received a "vic.exe" error and it shut down.
