Hi - I submitted a registration for a new institutional venue server last week - or perhaps the end of the week before - and I have heard nothing. Now, I realize that we are in that neverland of before and after a major holiday (in the US), but can someone else give me a sense of how long it took them to get their new Inst. venue set up. . .
