Hi Wesley: I'm interested in how the software failed. I expect that the output you included was from VenueClient.log; there should be more info about the failure either in this file, or in NodeService.log, depending on how you were running the software. Could you send more of the log file, and possibly the NodeService.log file so I can look into the problem?
The workaround was for the 2.2 release only, and shouldn't apply to the 2.3 software.
