Jen,

This is what I did to get this working;
In the dialog box "Add" I entered "localhost" for host value and port '11000'
for port value.  Next under the Service menu I added Audio and Video services.
 After that I went to 'Store Configuration' and saved the configuration under a 
new name
and set it to default. After that everything worked fine. Hope this helps.
