You should find video normally in the Argonne and Institutional Lobbies.
However, don't expect to find audio there. And the Test Room may or may not have
anyone in it. But you can someone to meet you there for testing.

If you don't find any video in the Lobbies, you should check your multicast
connectivity. one tool for doing this is Internet Detective
(detective.internet2.edu); another is the multicast beacon
(http://dast.nlanr.net/Projects/Beacon/); you can also generate your own local
multicast stream with vic on another computer; and there are several other ways.
