I don't think so. We traced the problem down last night to XP's propensity for configuring extra network interfaces. In our case, interfaces for the two firewire ports. I think the claim in the 2.1.2 release that: "Rat has been modified to to detect and properly configure itself in the presence of multiple active network interfaces on Windows, including machines running VMWare." is not quite true. Perhaps I should submit a Bugzilla report ... Cheers, darran.
