Hi all, We are doing a demo on the AG on Monday April 26, at 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30 MDT. This is for groups of middle and high school students and their teachers who will be at the Laboratory for the LANL sponsored 14th Annual New Mexico Adventures in Supercomputing Challenge, http://www.challenge.nm.org
The students will be presenting their projects to judges on that Monday morning and after they are judged they will see some of the research activities taking place at the Lab. The Access Grid is one of their stops. If anyone is willing to participate during any of these times, it would be great for the students to actually get to talk to some remote sites. Last year, this event happened to take place during a recruiting event at a University (Tennessee?)......they had potential students touring their campus and giving a demo of their AG, so these two groups of mostly high school students got to interact. It was great. Any universities out there want to talk to some bright young high school students? Thanks!
